My approach is dynamic, active, and a major departure from what you’ve probably experienced about using passive feminine energy to attract what you want in life.
It was a long, difficult journey for me to get here…
I had already begun to reevaluate my life, my business and myself by the time Covid hit and the world went crazy. I spent the first six months dismantling every belief I had, sifting through what was left, and identifying what was true for me.
To be honest, I wasn’t left with much, I was about ready to throw in the towel, and I was tired...
Tired of the empty promises of far too many coaches
Tired of chasing the next “sure thing” marketing gimmick I
continued to buy into
Tired of putting my trust and faith in everybody else
Tired of waiting for something miraculous to happen for me
What I realized is that I was caught between polarized extremes
— the coaches teaching the Law of Attraction and feminine receptive energy (ie. waiting), and the marketers who hyped masculine linear sales tactics that didn’t resonate with my soul.
This brought up even bigger questions about what it means to be a woman as a leader and entrepreneur.
AFTER COACHING WOMEN FOR 15 YEARS,
2020 MADE ME QUESTION EVERYTHING.
The dominant line of coaching teaches the feminine is
made to simply be and the masculine is made to do.
But this doesn’t quite work...
It never felt entirely true to me to be so docile.
Receiving, and even manifesting, are passive processes; and it’s time to question that. Not throw
it out, just examine it more closely.
Passivity is an ‘acceptable’, palatable form of femininity. It looks great in dresses and heels. It
waits by the phone for opportunities to call.
That’s not me.
That’s certainly not most of the women entrepreneurs I know either.
But then I discovered the paradigm of the Active Feminine.
But we also don’t have to rely solely on receiving and manifesting (aka. waiting). We need an
outlet for our dynamic, active, creative energy that can’t be confined to “Just be, don’t do.”
The universe channels creation through us. This creative capacity is natural, not forced, and it’s
uniquely ours. We just have to learn to release ourselves into that primal creativity and find our
balance of “be” and “do” in the flow.
WHICH IS EASIER SAID THAN DONE.
We are working against an existence of conditioning and several lifetimes of ancestral wounds around what it means to be a woman. And even now, there are limited resources advocating balanced, feminine-aligned paths to business success. There is so much we need to release, and
so much we need to learn.
